Teen Gospel Magazine (TGM)
Thank you for your interest to serve the youth and make a positive impact in society. The editorial goal of the publication is to build ties and knowledge in a diverse environment while impacting lives of others culturally and economically. TGM is committed to creating an environment that solicits information that will inspire our readers while touching on issues and challenges that teens face such as sexuality, spirituality, health, cultural lifestyles, and finances.
ADVERTISING SALES AGENT
Requirements:
• Our Inside Salespeople sell print advertising space to local, regional and national businesses of all sizes.
• Generate and/or follow up on advertising leads
• Service Advertising Accounts, including:
o Send media kits and follow up
o Complete contracts and other paperwork and provide copies to Ad Sales Manager
o Communicate with clients regarding ad copy, deadlines, special issues & promotions
o Monitor billing and collection status of accounts
o Meet all deadlines for newspaper and Web site production
o Communicate with design personnel on client requests for ad design and changes
o Obtain client signature on proofs for all new ads and copy changes
o Communicate regularly with Ad Sales Manager regarding questions, problems and progress
o Maintain and submit a weekly account of time spent doing this job to the Ad
Sales Manager
TGM PROMOTIONAL MODELS NEEDED
Requirements:
Seeking youth between the ages of 12-18, interested in being a promotional model for TGM at various events in the DFW metroplex. The ideal candidate is: motivated, responsible, excellent communication skills, out-going, and confident. Promotional Models would be responsible for: introducing the publication to consumers, distributes promotional items to consumers, and dress in attire that is particular to the company.

TGM INTERNSHIP
Requirements:
Seeking juniors/seniors in college or recent grads, studying journalism, media, and advertising interested in an unpaid internship for a local youth magazine targeting the DFW area. The ideal candidate is: working towards, or has earned, a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media or Advertising. Motivated, detailed oriented, responsible, excellent communication skills, creative, able to manage deadlines, and be organized. We provide interns with an invaluable experience and various projects would include: Web design and Production, Photography, Graphic Design, Internet research, writing editorial columns, and editing.
Internship Hours: Between 8-15/week
